General Conditions

Reservations:

To confirm the reservations and as guarantee of the arrival, we require the number of a credit card together with the expiring date.

Children in room with parents:

• until 05 years, free of charge
• from 6 to 12 years, discount of 20% for the 3rd bed;
  
  

Room Availability and special rates:

Special rates are valid only to a limited number of room. Further reservations at special rates could not be accepted even if there could be still room available.

Change or cancellation of a reservation:

We inform you that the cancellation without any charge can be accepted only if made within h12.00 of 02 days before the expected arrival.
For cancellations made after this time the charge will be the first overnight.
